At Lilly & Co. Boutique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our products, as well as for sanitary reasons.
Once your order is placed, materials for custom apparel are immediately ordered, and glassware/mugs begin handmade production. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
