Most of our items are handmade and made to order, which is why processing takes approximately 8โ10 business days (not including shipping time). This timeline allows us to maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring your order is beautifully and securely packaged.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and carrier rates.
Once your package is handed off to the carrier, Lilly & Co. Boutique is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Please refer to the tracking number (sent via email or SMS) to follow your orderโs progress. Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us:
Shipping costs will not be refunded
Reshipment will be at the customerโs expense

Buyers are responsible for all international taxes and customs fees, including VAT.
If a package is rejected due to fees, no shipping refund will be issued. A product refund may be considered only if the package is returned to us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
